bowl of macaroni and cheese (preferably shells) + the powered flavoring packet from instant ramen
get a cheap box of macaroni and cheese, and a cheap bag of instant ramen. make the macaroni and cheese normally (although i'd like to try boiling it in next time,) then sprinkle just a little bit of the powered flavoring packet into it, careful not to put too much, the stuff is potent. just a light dusting should do. now mix it all in, and enjoy the most delicious meal you can possibly imagine making in under 10 minutes and for less than $3.

moral questions
there are a lot of amazing people in this world, but all of us have some capacity for destruction in our hearts. there are many reasons why one may commit an act that harms another, and i am interested in whether we are morally just in discriminating someone's actions not based on the suffering they cause, but rather the ultimate motive of those actions.
1. is it morally acceptable to discriminate between those who commit an act of cruelty for the sake of causing suffering and those who commit cruel acts with an end goal in mind? is it for the benefit of potential future victims to lock away those who show signs of excessive cruelty in their
